Claudia Engelhardt is a brand strategist and creator development coach with a background spanning agency leadership, client-facing strategy, and in-house social media management. She has worked professionally with nationally recognized brands and organizations through agency environments, supporting both creative execution and high-level social strategy across platforms.

Claudia is the former Social Media Director for the Miss USA Organization, where she led content strategy and execution at a national level, balancing brand integrity with audience growth and engagement. Her experience includes working directly with clients as well as internally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what makes brands and individuals succeed online.

In addition to her professional career, Claudia has held over 10 pageant titles at the local, state, national, and international levels, giving her firsthand insight into personal branding, visibility, and performance under pressure. Her background as a signed and published curve model further shaped her perspective, revealing a gap in the creator economy: unlike modeling, there is no “mother agency” guiding creators in strategy, positioning, and long-term growth. This realization became the foundation of her work today.
